IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
We do ask our customer to pay a small contribution towards shipping. There is no greater pleasure than receiving a surprise gift in the post. For us, shipping is a key element to the success of what we do, and we are dedicated to offering the best service we can to ensure your specially curated gift arrives to its recipient in a safe and timely manner.

We value our customers and to say thank you we endeavour to give you discounts where possible and what better way than first class free shipping with orders of over £50.
I AM SENDING THIS AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE, WILL A RECIEPT OR INDICATION OF THE PRICE BE INCLUDED?
We never include pricing on receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes and none of our products include price tags.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If ordered by 2pm on a weekday using the standard delivery service your order will be in the posted that very day and delivered to its recipient within 72 hours. If purchased using our express service your order will be delivered within 24 hours. On a weekend and bank holiday your order will be posted the following working day and delivered the next day. Once shipped you will receive an email from our chosen courier which will include tracking details for your order.
WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
Contact us once you have placed your order with your order number, name and the preferred date for delivery and we will make a note and confirm with you. Please note during busy periods we may be unable to ship on a specific date.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Europe and across the World! We may need to quote for a particular destination if outside of mainland UK so drop us a message prior to purchase.
DO WE SHIP AS SHOWN?
Of course! Our boxes are intended to be kept: they’re the perfect home to hold keepsakes, memories and anything else you may need a little safe box for. Each box is shipped inside a mailer box, so it stays nice and pretty.
MY GIFT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT DID NOT RECEIVE IT.
Have them take a good look in and around the shipping address front porches / next door neighbours etc. – often there’s a good chance it’s hiding somewhere. If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, our team will do everything our power to locate it. In the extremely rare situation that the package has been lost or stolen we will work with you to find a solution.
IT SAYS THE DELIVERY OF MY GIFT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL, NOW WHAT HAPPENS?
We’re here to help, we will ask you to triple check the delivery address details and we will contact the courier to find the answer. Our courier will always leave a calling card with details of how to rearrange delivery or how to collect the package. If the parcel is returned to us and it was an error at your end you will be kindly asked to pay shipping fee again for us to have this redelivered.
DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION?
You are very welcome to collect the gift personally from us, we are in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Please give us a call or drop us an email prior to placing the order and we will give you a code to waive the shipping cost.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unless damaged, it is incredibly rare that we will ever have to refund a box, however if for any reason you are not 100% happy with what has been purchased it is important for us to reach a happy solution which does not include us loosing your custom. (but trust us, they’ll love it).

Our hampers come in two sizes:
MIDI // 240 x 240 x 95 MM
MAXI // 305 x 305 x 105mm
Our letterbox gift is:
LETTERBOX // 310 x 220 x 50 mm
DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?
Each gift can include a personal note for you if you wish, we will hand write this on to one of our branded postcards. You simply provide us with your message during checkout and we’ll handle the rest.
WHAT’S INSIDE EACH BOX?
Each selection of products that you have purchased comes safely wrapped and placed inside a branded mailer box. You can include a personal message too. We also sometimes include a little extra gift from us.
DO THE PRODUCTS EVER CHANGE?
We’re constantly innovating and updating our range to offer our customer new and exciting gifts, we pay attention to offering gifts which are suited to each season and holiday period.
