We use Royal Mail to ship our gifts. On a tracked service.
48 hour Tracked Service - £4.50
(within 2 Business Days if ordered before 2pm)
24 hours Tracked Service - £6.80
(1 business day if ordered before 2pm)
3 - 17 Day International Standard Tracked Service - £15.80

I AM SENDING THIS AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE, WILL A RECIEPT OR INDICATION OF THE PRICE BE INCLUDED?
We never include pricing in our receipts or inventory / packing slips inside any of our boxes and none of our products include price tags.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If ordered by 2pm on a weekday using our Standard Delivery Service, your order will be delivered to its recipient within 2 working days. If you choose our Express Delivery Service your order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours. On a weekend and bank holiday your order will be posted the following working day. Once shipped you will receive an email from our chosen courier which will include tracking details for your order.
WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
Once you have placed your order contact us with your order number, name and the date you would like and will will make a note and confirm with you. Please note that during busy seasonal periods this is a service we may be unable to facilitate.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere in the UK and Europe. If going further afield, please contact us. Please note however we are unable to ship chocolate to Germany or Norway!
Return & Exchange Policy
Unless damaged, it is incredibly rare that we will ever have to refund a gift, however if for any reason you are not 100% happy with what has been purchased it is important for us to reach a happy solution which does not include us loosing your custom.
