Hot Weather Delivery Information

Hello,

As you may have seen we’ve been pausing delivery over weekends when the temperature is expected to soar.

This is to avoid any products sitting in a delivery depot for any longer than necessary so they have the best chance of getting to you unmelted and intact!

This weekend, the temperature is again expected to reach 30°. However, we realise that many of you have order or will be ordering from our Teacher’s Gift Collection and need these products before the end of term.

In that case we have decided NOT to pause deliveries and all orders will shipped as usual. Here are a few tips to avoid meltage over hot summer days.

☀️ If possible arrange deliveries to be made when you’re in

☀️ Choose 24 hour delivery at checkout so your chocolate is in transit for less time

☀️ Tell Royal Mail your “Safe Space” and make sure it’s somewhere shady

☀️ Wear sun cream and drink lots of water. That’s nothing to do with the chocolate but it’s good advice!
